Dave and Hollie Eenigenburg brought better fitness to NWI through Trek Bicycle Store 27 years ago. They are huge proponents of the safe bike/run paths that you see being developed in our area. It was a “no-brainer” to put a running store next to Trek, and they chose Fleet Feet because of their commitment to unparalleled customer service and the bio-mechanical approach to FIT

Jen Ryman-- Store Manager 
Jen Ryman has been running since she was a sophomore in high school. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education – Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Butler University. Jen always knew she wanted to work in the running industry and finally figured out how to tie her passion of running to her love of fashion. She has been at Fleet Feet since its opening and still can’t believe that she gets to work at her dream job every day. 

 Noelle Thomas-Desso -- Footwear Buyer, Corporate Outreach
Noelle has been in the management field for over 20 years, has been in specialty running since 2007, and has been with Fleet Feet Schererville since its inception. She holds a BS in Mathematics, but her passion for running helped her jump careers and it has been a great choice. She is an Ironman and marathoner, has coached many new runners, and has directed multiple races. Store manager from inception to December 2011, Noelle has turned over in-store duties to Jen to further develop the next growth phase of community outreach.Noelle has a great deal of knowledge and experience with sports nutrition and training. She is happiest when she can inspire a person to go from "I can't" to "I did it!!"  Watch out, she will convince you to try a Tri before you realize it! 

Misty Chandos --Director of Training and Event Coordinator
Misty is a RRCA certified running coach and personal trainer. She is an avid trail runner and has competed in many ultra marathons from the 50K to 50 Mile. After completing over 20 marathons, including 4 Boston Marathons, she has turned her focus to extreme long distance running and will toe the line of the Leadville 100 miler in 2012. Misty has been coaching runners of all levels for over 10 years and has designed training plans to help hundreds of new runners cross the finish line of races from the 5K to marathon distance. She is also the race director for The Race 13.1 Valpo Half Marathon and the Run Dirty 5k/10K. Her passion for running inspires many and she loves to help new and experienced runners reach their goals. Whether it's helping you find a new pair of running shoes, apparel or answering your questions, she is always happy to help you get started on the right foot. 

Ryan Farag--Fit Specialist
Ryan started with us as a No Boundaries participant in 2009. He was so inspired by the program that he applied for a position as a Fit Specialist. As he is part time with us, he works in the music production business with his dad when he is not here. Ryan is a great addition to our Fleet Feet family.

Louie Guillen--Fit SpecialistLouie is an avid runner, coach, and teacher. He has been running for 13 years and coaching for 6. He currently teaches physical education and is currently in charge of the cross country and track teams at Wheeler High School in Valparaiso. When he isn't teaching he is happy to help you with your fit and finding the right shoe for you. He is quick to talk about your goals and any running/fitness related questions you might have. He has been with the store since it opened so feel free to ask if you have any questions whatsoever. He is also a level 1 USATF certified track coach and coaches an AAU running club in his free time. 

Tracy Matlon--Fit Specialist
Tracy started running beyond the 5k distance when her neighbor, Noelle, talked her into her first half marathon in 2005. After swearing she would never run over 5K again, she has since completed 3 marathons, multiple half marathons, and countless 5K's. Tracy loves running and loves to help new runners learn to love it as she has. Tracy coaches our runners and provides fantastic customer service on the sales floor. (Noelle is still working on getting Tracy to do a triathlon. Come on, Tracy!!)

Victoria Prochno--Fit Specialist
Vicki started with our 10K program and fell in love with the Fleet Feet culture. She provides excellent customer service and is genuinely interested in YOUR concerns and goals. Vicki just completed her first of many marathons yet to come. She also works for Boone Grove High School.

Jose Ruacho--Fit Specialist
Jose joined the staff of Fleet Feet in March 2010.He’s always enjoyed running and thought introducing new runners to the sport would be motivating.José has a degree in Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue. You may recognize him from the Purdue Calumet Fitness Center where he is an Exercise Assistant.In his spare time, you can find Jose on the trails at the Dunes training for his next Ultra Marathon or brewing beer.

Jenny Savickas--Fit Specialist
Jenny is a college student studying graphic arts. She enjoys running 5k to 10k distances and has been running since 2003 when she joined the cross country team at Hanover Central. She was also on the track team and is the school record holder in the discus event. Jenny not only loves running, but enjoys a variety of other activities as well including throwing javelin and hammer, lifting weights, bike riding, and adult gymnastics. She has been with us since February 2010 and brings a fresh perspective to the fit stool. She is an artist and her creativity is a big help to Jen Ryman with the merchandising of the store. If you want to win a place in her heart, talk to her about vintage My Little Pony's, of which she is an avid collector of. 

Amber Wolfe--Fit Specialist
Amber is originally from the Circus Capitol of the World known as Peru (NOT the country,) a small town an hour north of Indianapolis.  She has been living in NWI for 8 years and loves being a "region rat".  She never ran a day in her life until 2 years ago.....June 2009.  She started with the NoBo summer group and continued doing several 5K races from there.  Last fall she did her first 10K in Highland.  After that she decide to train for her first 1/2 marathon, which she completed in May of this year.  She enjoyed it so much she decided to run the Rock and Roll 1/2 in Chicago this past summer.  Running has completely changed her life; from losing weight, gaining confidence, and mentally has made her a better, happier person.  She loves it and can't imagine life without running.  She loves working at Fleet Feet and has met so many wonderful people through running; a few are her closest friends.  She is looking forward to doing the Indy Mini, and her 2 goals for 2012 are to tackle the Chicago Marathon and the Mighty Mississinawa Triathlon in her home town!  So, with this being said.....let's go for a run....Be The Movement!!!
