Half Marathon - 13.1 miles and Full Marathon - 26.2 miles

This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and achievable. Our programs target runners, run/walkers and walkers. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances.
You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 14-16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, a technical t-shirt, and prizes throughout the season.
