- Upper: The lightweight and breathable creel jacquard mesh upper feels like air conditioning for your feet while extra padding along the heel collar and a gusseted tongue give you a performance fit with foot-hugging comfort to go the distance.
- Midsole: The new super critical EVA foam midsole is composed of multiple tiny cells (imagine running on millions of small air bubbles), which offer more responsiveness at a lighter weight than traditional midsole compounds. The result is a firm yet peppy ride.

What’s New
HOKA updated the Mach 6 by switching from a dual-density midsole previously used in the Mach 5 to a single-layer super critical foam midsole. Other updates include a creel jacquard upper with zonal breathability and refinements to the collar and tongue. New strategic rubber outsole coverage gives you better traction on the road as well.

This is a great performance running shoe that is durable enough for daily training, yet light and snappy for picking up the tempo or even racing.

Might be the perfect show for me.
Like many of us, I have more pairs of running shoes than I can possibly need. But also like so many of us, I am constantly looking for the perfect pair. This one seems to push all of the right buttons: fit, cushioning, lightness, responsiveness, comfort, support.

Hola Mach 6
They are a great shoe for mid distance runs. I bought a 1/2 bigger than normal and fits good. Great response after ground contact and my legs feel really well after running in them. These shoes feel like it takes less of an effort for the next step, doesn’t feel like I use lots of energy to pick foot up after ground contact.
