  • Upper: A supple, brindle patterned IdealKnit mesh upper and flared heel counter gives you a secure lock-down and instant step-in comfort. It has an accommodating shape and lightweight design, thanks in part to millions of fit id® scans from Fleet Feet.
  • Midsole: Karhu's signature Fulcrum technology uses a stabilizing midsole geometry that leverages your body's natural motion to propel you forward. It is then wrapped in a plush bed of AeroFoam cushioning for an effortless flow from landing to toe-off.
  • Outsole: To improve stability, traction and durability, the outsole has more rubber coverage and a newly added deflection channel.

I like to run with my laces tied fairly tight, particularly on my right foot for some reason even though the fitter at fleet feet told my my right foot is a bit larger. usually, I feel the laces cutting into my foot, but with these I dont. They're comfier than my Nike Pegasus, but at the same time, they're noticeably heavier. Great for long training runs. But for race day, unless comfort is a priority, and go with something a smidge lighter.
