My favorite gym shoe
The X4 is a great new iteration of the X series for gym cross training and medium high powerlifting. The new tongue and sleeve is more padded which I love. No major issues with sole compression during powerlifting up to 250lb on squat and 300lb on deadlift. Excellent for HIIT workouts even under load. Love these shoes!

The On Cloud X4’s are a perfect fit, great for literally anything. The price was fantastic, fast shipping, not complaints. I’m already looking to buy a back up pair.

Comfortable, but at bit snug
I’ve been buying OC’s for a few years now and have always found a pretty accurate fit with each purchase. These, although very light and comfortable, are definitely a much tighter fit overall, and going a half size up would be advised. I am as well, worried about longevity, as the outer material seems very flimsy, time will tell.
