Who It's Best For
Made for people who put a beating on their feet, Superfeet All-Purpose High Impact Support has a medium to high arch shape and high-impact cushioning added to the forefoot. Because the added cushioning takes extra space in your shoe, this insole is designed to work best in footwear with a removable sock liner.

How Long Do They Last
Superfeet insoles generally last up to 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first. If you are unsure of when you last bought a pair, there are a few signs that can tell you it’s time to buy a new pair of insoles for your running shoes. First, check for any white marks from bending on the plastic heel cup, similar to how a credit card looks when damaged. Then, check to see if the medial arch support shape is rubbed away or worn down. Lastly, if the shape of your foot is clearly imprinted over the entire insole or has worn through the fabric, it is likely time for some replacements.
Fit
You’ll need to trim your insoles to fit them in your shoes. Take the stock insole out of your shoe, and place it on top of your Superfeet insole, making sure to line up the insoles at the heel and the medial (inside) edge. Use a pen or marker to trace the shape of the stock insole onto the Superfeet product, and then use sharp scissors to trim off the excess around the toe. As Good As, My Medical Prescribed Orthotic
My feet have required me to pamper them for most of my adult life and I had been buying the medically prescribed orthotics that work great, but the process is expensive and takes several appts and weeks to have them made. So, I tried the Superfeet orthotics, that I could buy where I buy my shoes very quickly, super easy & much less expensive. I’ve been wearing these Superfeet for several weeks now, every day and I can’t tell the difference between these and the ones that have been professionally made for my feet. So, I like them for sure. The Superfeet orthotics are cheaper and much easier to get. I’ll keep comparing them for differences but I’m surprisingly very happy at this point. I’m planning on buying more of the Superfeet orthotics soon. I’ll keep hoping they still continue to measure up to the more expensive and tailor-made orthotics I’ve worn for many years.

Superfeet Orange
I absolutely love these. I broke my foot and have a screw in it. After it healed not all my shoes were comfortable. I went to Fleet feet and they fitted me with these soles. And they work like magic. Highly recommend
