The comfort is very good. customer service is exceptional!!! but, what I would say not many good colors to choose from. That would be only negative.

Walking shoes
I needed a good walking shoe. Bought Bondi 8's seven years ago, and it is the only shoe that goes on my feet. Got a pair Bondi 9's, and wow, even better. My right knee is bad, and would hurt if I stood on it too long. I can honestly say with wearing the 9's, the knee pain is gone. I will be buying another pair.

These shoes are fabulous support for walking 3 to 4 miles per day. Great support on the Achilles tendon.
