Our Training Program Philosophy
Our training programs are designed for everyone, no matter where you’re starting from. We’re incredibly proud of the supportive, fun, and professionally coached environment we create—one that helps people move toward their goals with confidence. For more than 20 years, we’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of individuals as they work toward their personal fitness achievements.
Our 16-week Marathon and Half Marathon training programs help you build fitness safely and confidently for race day. With expert coaching, dedicated Pace Group Leaders, and full Fleet Feet support, you’ll train smarter, stay motivated, and enjoy the process along the way. We offer a Spring program geared toward the Flying Pig Marathon, and a Fall program designed for the Queen Bee Half Marathon and the Columbus Marathon. When you set out on your run, you’ll be guided by experienced volunteers—Pace Group Leaders - who will keep pace adn guide you along the intened route.
We also offer 8-week 5K and 10K programs for those who are new to running or looking to get back into it. These programs provide a supportive, encouraging environment that helps participants build consistency and confidence from day one.
