Join our 14-week training program, powered by KARHU. This program is designed to build your endurance safely and effectively through progressive workouts. It includes three weekly group sessions that will keep you motivated and consistent. Along the way, you'll benefit from educational clinics on essential topics like nutrition, strength training, recovery, hydration, and race-day preparation—giving you the tools to feel strong every step of the way. No matter your pace or experience level, you'll be part of a welcoming community of runners and walkers, supported by encouraging coaches, dedicated pace leaders, and a team that cheers for you every mile.
