What: Join our Thursday evening group run, every week at 6:30 pm! All ages, paces, and experience levels are welcome! (We typically have a 3-mile course marked out, but you are welcome to run shorter or longer.)
No Boundaries 5K Training Program
If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K… someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K training program is designed for people just like you: nervous, curious and ready to try something new with the support of a welcoming community.
There are two options to choose from here in Kansas City:
