Our free 4 week Begin to Run Program will introduce you to running basics. There is no experience required to join this program and people with no running background are encouraged to join. The program starts with walking and builds slowly with run/walk intervals. Our comprehensive program will include education on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, and a supportive group. Our next Begin to Run Program will start October 7 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at City Island.
