Edina was born and raised in Hungary in a very active family. From early on she has been involved in some kind of sporting event such as track and field, speed skating, or swimming and triathlon. She made qualifying times and made it to the Hungarian National Swim Team Roster for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She moved to Metairie, LA in 2011 and since then has competed in numerous local triathlon and masters swimming events around Louisiana. She loves to compete but likes to be the motivator and a role model to the people around her. Edina lives in Metairie, LA and loves to inspire and empower her community.
When you see her (in store, at an event or just out and about) just simply say hi and she will strike up a friendly conversation with you right away.
Steve has been active and into fitness from an early age. He began running with his dad when he was 11, mostly participating in 10k and Fun Run events. Growing up Steve was also a competitive swimmer, often medalling at the state level as well as being an avid cyclist.
After college Steve travelled a lot with work and drifted away from the sports he grew with but has always been involved with fitness at one level or another.
Steve has taken his passion for fitness, along with his entrepreneurial spirit to help bring Fleet Feet to Metaire.
Cat

Cat was born and raised in Metairie. With a degree in art, she appreciates the beauty of expression through movement. Through practicing dance and yoga, Cat realized the importance of maintaining balance. Coming to Fleet Feet in Metairie is something that she is grateful for because she learned how to ease and prevent her foot pain. Cat enjoys meeting new people and helping them find the right shoes for their comfort and lifestyle needs.
Janelle
Outfitter
Janelle born and raised in New Orleans, Metropolitan area. Loves the outdoors and being active. Mother of five children. A runner for 30 plus years. Triathlete for 9 years. Received several podium spotlights, for AG, masters awards, one AG worlds qualifier for Olympic distance Ironman, 6 x top 500 women 10k CCC, ran 6 x marathons, many 1/2’s, 2 x 70.3 Ironman, 1 x 144.6 Ironman and 3 x 140.6 Ironman. 2 x All World Athlete Award status.
Inspiring and helping others is the happiness to her heart. Coached several people over the years to their desired level of fitness. Always looking to put a smile on someone’s face.
Hannah
Outfitter
Hannah has been an outfitter at Fleet Feet since December of 2022 helping customers find merchandise that will provide them with the utmost comfort. Hannah loves to run with her labrador puppy, Molly, giving her additional insight on footwear. She also has a golden doodle puppy, Hope, who she enjoys taking on walks. Hannah is also a student at Mount Carmel Academy.
Monica
Outfitter
Monica grew up in New Orleans and competed in Equestrian eventing from age 12 -21 years old; where she won multiple State Championships. She started competing in triathlons in 2008. Competing in short and longer distance races, she earned podium spots in most races. As a licensed, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she's helped people with orthopedic injuries return to their prior level of functioning. She enjoys traveling, hiking and cycling in her free time.
