No Boundaries is a walk/run interval training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking and running. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of a 5K (3.1 miles) race in just 10-12 weeks. This national, award-winning program is sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country. Thousands of people have completed their first 5K through No Boundaries, and continued on to other races of all types, paces and distances.

The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. While this program focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. It can help existing runners meet new performance goals, while also educating new runners on everything from hydration to safety. Schedules and formats vary by store and reflect your local community, but the theme and focus that they all have in common is to make YOU a happier, more active person! Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Educational clinics cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
